Week 3 was exciting and interesting, as multiple officiating teams seemed to let the games play on rather than hold up the flow with yellow and red cards. Topping the table is Gothica, with Allen FC in a strong position at second place. Knightsquare is at the opposite end of the table, completely without any points at all. They’re the only club to have failed earning as little as a draw.

This is also the first week we’ll look at the top goal scorers of the league. Simon Tarken’s hat trick puts him among elite company with 3 goals, along side Jesse Davis and Dae Ho Park. If the league table doesn’t reflect what we thought would happen at the beginning of the season, the top three goal scorers are representative of what we believed would happen. Naval Armada, Gothica, and Emerald United hold the top three scorers and we expected those clubs to be at the top of the table, too.

Gothica, Allen FC, and Shazam CM all seem to be rolling strong early in the season, but can they continue at the clip they’re all going at? Gothica is heralded as the best club in the league as they spent the most money and got more of the top talent than any other effort in the league.

Week 4 has a couple of interesting matchups: Naval Armada hosts Gothica, Wordsmiths host Shazam CM, Emerald United hosts Sporting Black Cats, and Knightsquare fights for their first point in the league against the number two club in the league Allen FC.
